Uses

Fluoroquinolone antibiotic used for susceptible bacterial infections.

Do not use if

Hypersensitivity to lomefloxacin or other quinolone antibiotics.

Nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and photosensitivity may occur.

Risk of tendon injury, neuropathy, CNS effects, and photosensitivity. Use only when appropriate.

Inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, preventing bacterial replication.

Store at room temperature.
