Uses
Used in combination antiviral regimens for chronic hepatitis C infection.
Do not use if
Contraindicated with certain interacting drugs such as rifampin and in hypersensitivity to formulation components.
Side effects
Fatigue, headache, nausea, diarrhea, and insomnia may occur.
Warnings
Screen for hepatitis B infection before treatment due to risk of HBV reactivation.
