Uses

A herbal dietary supplement used to support lactation in breastfeeding women. The galactagogue blend may help increase breast milk production. Also used for digestive comfort, including relief of bloating, colic, and flatulence.

Do not use if

Hypersensitivity to any component or related plants (Apiaceae, Asteraceae families). Use with caution during pregnancy due to potential uterine-stimulating effects of some components.

Side effects

Generally well tolerated. Mild gastrointestinal upset, allergic reactions (especially in patients sensitive to Apiaceae/Asteraceae plants), or uterine stimulation in susceptible individuals may occur.

Warnings

Not a substitute for medical lactation support. Consult a physician before use during pregnancy. Allergic reactions are possible in patients with plant allergies.

How it works

The herbal blend contains phytoestrogens and compounds with galactagogue properties, potentially stimulating prolactin secretion to enhance milk production. Anise and fennel contain anethole with antispasmodic and carminative effects; chamomile has anti-inflammatory and spasmolytic properties; fenugreek contains diosgenin with estrogenic activity.
