Used for susceptible bacterial infections including respiratory tract, ear, skin, and urinary tract infections.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to cefaclor or other cephalosporins.

Diarrhea, nausea, rash, abdominal pain, and hypersensitivity reactions may occur.

Use cautiously in patients with penicillin allergy and monitor for severe allergic reactions.

Second-generation cephalosporin antibiotic that inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis.
