Used in a wide range of inflammatory, allergic, autoimmune, and endocrine disorders.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in systemic fungal infections and hypersensitivity to dexamethasone.

Hyperglycemia, weight gain, mood changes, hypertension, infection risk, and osteoporosis may occur.

Long-term use may suppress adrenal function and increase infection risk.

Potent glucocorticoid with anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects.
