Used in combination antiretroviral therapy for treatment of HIV-1 infection in adults and pediatric patients.

Do not use if

Previous hypersensitivity to dolutegravir or concomitant use with dofetilide.

Headache, insomnia, diarrhea, nausea, hypersensitivity reactions, and liver abnormalities may occur.

Monitor for hypersensitivity, hepatotoxicity, and immune reconstitution syndrome.

HIV integrase strand transfer inhibitor that prevents viral DNA integration into host cells.

Store at controlled room temperature in the original container.
