Used for peripheral neuropathic pain, including diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain and postherpetic neuralgia in some regions.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to mirogabalin.

May cause dizziness, somnolence, weight gain, peripheral edema, and fatigue.

May impair alertness and increase the risk of dizziness, falls, or suicidal ideation.

Mirogabalin is a gabapentinoid that binds to the α2δ subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels and reduces neurotransmitter release.

Store at room temperature.
