Uses

Topical preparation used for relief of symptoms associated with anal fissures and to reduce anal sphincter spasm.

Do not use if

Concomitant use with phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors, severe hypotension, or hypersensitivity.

Headache, dizziness, flushing, and hypotension may occur.

May cause significant headache and dizziness. Avoid concurrent nitrate therapy unless advised.

Nitric oxide donor that relaxes smooth muscle and improves local blood flow.

Store at room temperature.
