Used for susceptible bacterial infections, particularly when both streptococcal and penicillinase-producing staphylococcal coverage is desired.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to penicillins or beta-lactam antibiotics.

Nausea, diarrhea, rash, and allergic reactions may occur.

Serious hypersensitivity reactions may occur. Use cautiously in patients with allergy history.

Combination of two penicillin antibiotics that inhibit bacterial cell wall synthesis.
