Uses
Used for hypertension and diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes.
Do not use if
Contraindicated in hypersensitivity to irbesartan and with aliskiren in patients with diabetes.
Side effects
Dizziness, hyperkalemia, fatigue, hypotension, and renal function changes may occur.
Warnings
May cause fetal harm during pregnancy. Monitor renal function and serum potassium.
