Uses
Used for rheumatoid arthritis, polymyalgia rheumatica, and certain juvenile idiopathic arthritis patients.
Do not use if
Hypersensitivity to sarilumab or any component.
Side effects
Serious infections, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, elevated liver enzymes, and lipid abnormalities may occur.
Warnings
Increases risk of serious infections and requires monitoring of blood counts and liver function.
