Uses
Used for hypertension, symptomatic heart failure, and left ventricular dysfunction.
Do not use if
Contraindicated in patients with ACE inhibitor-related angioedema, hereditary angioedema, hypersensitivity, and with aliskiren in diabetic patients.
Side effects
Cough, dizziness, hypotension, hyperkalemia, and renal function changes may occur.
Warnings
Can cause fetal harm during pregnancy. Monitor kidney function and potassium levels.
