Uses
Used for multiple myeloma, selected myelodysplastic syndromes, mantle cell lymphoma, and other approved hematologic malignancies.
Do not use if
Contraindicated during pregnancy and in patients with severe hypersensitivity to lenalidomide.
Side effects
May cause neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, anemia, fatigue, rash, and thromboembolic events.
Warnings
Carries major risks of embryo-fetal toxicity, hematologic toxicity, and venous or arterial thrombosis.
