Uses

Used in the treatment of metastatic prostate cancer as part of androgen deprivation therapy.

Do not use if

Severe hepatic impairment or hypersensitivity to nilutamide.

Visual disturbances, hot flushes, nausea, dizziness, or liver abnormalities may occur.

Monitor liver function and respiratory symptoms during therapy.

Nonsteroidal antiandrogen that blocks androgen receptors.

Store at room temperature.
