Uses

This soothing and moisturizing nasal or throat spray is used to relieve dryness and irritation of mucous membranes. Hyaluronic acid and glycerin provide deep hydration, sea water cleanses, and eucalyptus offers mild antiseptic and refreshing effects.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any component. Eucalyptus-containing products should be used with caution in young children and infants.

Side effects

Generally very well tolerated. Occasional mild local irritation or sneezing may occur. Rare hypersensitivity reactions to eucalyptus are possible.

Warnings

For external mucosal use only. Do not inject or ingest. Eucalyptus should not be applied directly near the nose or face of infants under 2 years. If symptoms worsen consult a healthcare professional.

How it works

Hyaluronic acid is a high-molecular-weight glycosaminoglycan that binds water extensively to hydrate and protect mucous membranes. Glycerin is a humectant that draws and retains moisture. Sea water provides minerals and isotonic properties that help cleanse nasal passages. Eucalyptus cineole has mild antimicrobial and decongestant activity.
