Do not use if

Avoid exceeding recommended doses. Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any component. Vitamin D3 should be used with caution in hypercalcemia or conditions associated with abnormal calcium metabolism.

Side effects

Generally well tolerated at recommended doses. Selenium toxicity (selenosis) may occur with prolonged excess intake, causing hair loss, nail changes, and neurological symptoms. High-dose vitamin E may increase bleeding risk. Zinc excess may cause nausea and interfere with copper absorption.

Warnings

High biotin intake may interfere with certain laboratory tests including thyroid function tests and troponin assays, leading to false results. Inform laboratory personnel of supplementation. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
