Uses

Used for treatment of overactive bladder with symptoms such as urgency, increased urinary frequency, and urge urinary incontinence.

Do not use if

Urinary retention, gastric retention, uncontrolled severe hypertension, or hypersensitivity to any ingredient.

Dry mouth, constipation, urinary tract infection, headache, and increased blood pressure may occur.

Monitor blood pressure and urinary symptoms during treatment.

Mirabegron stimulates beta-3 adrenergic receptors in the bladder, while solifenacin blocks muscarinic receptors to reduce bladder overactivity.

Store at room temperature.
