Antineoplastic agent used in combination regimens for certain adults with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and other eligible B-cell lymphomas.

Do not use if

No specific contraindications are listed in the product labeling.

Peripheral neuropathy, infusion-related reactions, myelosuppression, infections, fatigue, and gastrointestinal adverse effects may occur.

Monitor for neuropathy, infusion reactions, bone marrow suppression, and serious infections during treatment.

CD79b-directed antibody-drug conjugate that delivers a microtubule inhibitor to dividing B cells, resulting in cell death.

Store refrigerated at 2–8°C in the original carton protected from light. Do not freeze or shake.
