Uses
CD20-directed monoclonal antibody used in chronic lymphocytic leukemia and follicular lymphoma as part of approved treatment regimens.
Do not use if
Hypersensitivity reactions including anaphylaxis or serum sickness related to obinutuzumab.
Side effects
Infusion reactions, infections, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, and hypersensitivity reactions may occur.
Warnings
HBV reactivation and progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy can occur. Screen and monitor patients appropriately.
