Uses

Used to reduce elevated intraocular pressure in open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.

Do not use if

Hypersensitivity, bronchial asthma, severe COPD, sinus bradycardia, or certain cardiac disorders.

Blurred vision, eye irritation, bitter taste, and beta-blocker related effects may occur.

Monitor for systemic beta-blocker effects and sulfonamide hypersensitivity.

Combines a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor with a beta-blocker to lower aqueous humor production.

Store at room temperature.
