Used for treatment of castration-resistant and castration-sensitive prostate cancer in appropriate patients.

Do not use if

No specific contraindications are listed, except hypersensitivity to formulation components.

Fatigue, hypertension, falls, fractures, hot flushes, and headache may occur.

Monitor for seizures, cardiovascular events, falls, fractures, and neurologic symptoms.

Androgen receptor inhibitor that blocks androgen signaling in prostate cancer cells.

Store at room temperature in the original package.
