Used for hypertension and reduction of stroke risk in selected patients with hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in anuria, hypersensitivity to components, and use with aliskiren in diabetic patients.

Dizziness, cough, upper respiratory infections, back pain, and electrolyte disturbances may occur.

Can cause fetal harm during pregnancy. Monitor renal function and electrolyte levels.

Combines an angiotensin II receptor blocker with a thiazide diuretic to lower blood pressure.

Store at room temperature.
