How it works
Paracetamol inhibits central prostaglandin synthesis to reduce fever and pain. Chlorpheniramine is a first-generation H1 antihistamine blocking histamine-mediated rhinorrhea and sneezing. Pseudoephedrine is a sympathomimetic amine that stimulates alpha- and beta-adrenergic receptors causing vasoconstriction of nasal mucosa and relieving congestion.
