Used to improve digestion of lactose-containing foods in patients with lactose intolerance.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to lactase preparations.

Generally well tolerated. Rarely may cause gastrointestinal discomfort or allergic reactions.

Not intended to treat milk allergy. Persistent symptoms should be medically evaluated.

Lactase hydrolyzes lactose into glucose and galactose, facilitating absorption and reducing symptoms of lactose intolerance.

Store in a cool, dry place according to product instructions.
