Used in combination chemotherapy regimens for Wilms tumor, rhabdomyosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, and certain testicular cancers.

Do not use if

No specific absolute contraindications listed; hypersensitivity requires caution.

Myelosuppression, mucositis, nausea, vomiting, and injection site complications may occur.

May cause severe myelosuppression, veno-occlusive disease, and secondary malignancies.

A cytotoxic antibiotic that binds DNA and inhibits RNA synthesis.

Store according to manufacturer instructions and protect from excessive heat.
