Used for the management of hypertension when combination therapy is appropriate.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in cardiogenic shock, severe bradycardia, advanced heart block, anuria, and hypersensitivity to components.

Dizziness, fatigue, bradycardia, hypotension, electrolyte disturbances, and increased urination may occur.

Use cautiously in heart failure, diabetes, and patients at risk of electrolyte imbalance.

Combines a selective beta-blocker with a thiazide diuretic for additive blood pressure reduction.

Store at room temperature.
