Uses

Used to reduce elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in bronchial asthma, severe COPD, sinus bradycardia, certain cardiac conduction disorders, and hypersensitivity to components.

May cause eye redness, irritation, blurred vision, eyelash changes, and eye discomfort. Systemic beta-blocker effects may occur rarely.

Monitor for respiratory and cardiovascular adverse effects, especially in susceptible patients.

Timolol reduces aqueous humor production, while travoprost increases aqueous humor outflow to lower intraocular pressure.

Store according to manufacturer instructions and protect from contamination.
