Restoration of function in occluded central venous access devices and thrombolytic therapy in approved settings.

Do not use if

Known hypersensitivity to alteplase or formulation components.

Bleeding, hypersensitivity reactions, infection-related complications.

Bleeding risk requires careful monitoring during and after administration.

Recombinant tissue plasminogen activator that converts plasminogen to plasmin and dissolves fibrin clots.

Store according to manufacturer instructions and protect lyophilized product appropriately.
