Uses

This combination supplement is used to support bone health and prevent or treat deficiencies in calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin D3. It is indicated in conditions such as osteoporosis, rickets, osteomalacia, and during periods of increased need such as growth, pregnancy, or aging.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypercalcemia, hypervitaminosis D, severe hypercalciuria, renal calculi, or known hypersensitivity to any component.

Side effects

High doses may cause hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, constipation, nausea, and kidney stones. Vitamin D toxicity can lead to soft tissue calcification with excessive doses.

Warnings

Avoid exceeding recommended doses to prevent toxicity. Use with caution in patients with impaired renal function. Monitor serum calcium and phosphorus levels with prolonged use.

How it works
