Uses
Used for nausea and vomiting of pregnancy when conservative measures are insufficient.
Do not use if
Hypersensitivity to doxylamine, pyridoxine, related antihistamines, or concurrent MAOI use.
Side effects
Somnolence, dizziness, fatigue, and impaired concentration may occur.
Warnings
May impair mental alertness; avoid driving or hazardous activities until effects are known.
How it works
Combines an antihistamine with vitamin B6 to help reduce nausea and vomiting during pregnancy.
