Uses

CD30-directed antineoplastic agent used for classical Hodgkin lymphoma and certain CD30-positive lymphomas.

Do not use if

Concomitant use with bleomycin due to increased pulmonary toxicity. Hypersensitivity to the product.

Peripheral neuropathy, infusion reactions, hematologic toxicity, infections, nausea, and fatigue may occur.

Serious infections, progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy, neuropathy, and infusion reactions may occur. Close monitoring is required.

Antibody-drug conjugate targeting CD30-expressing cells and delivering a microtubule-disrupting cytotoxic agent.

Store and handle according to manufacturer instructions. Protect the lyophilized product from inappropriate conditions.
