Uses

Treatment of hypertension when combination therapy is appropriate.

Do not use if

Hypersensitivity, severe bradycardia, cardiogenic shock, anuria, or significant hyperkalemia.

Dizziness, fatigue, slow heart rate, electrolyte disturbances, and increased urination may occur.

Monitor blood pressure, kidney function, potassium, and heart rate.

Combines a beta-blocker with thiazide-like and potassium-sparing diuretics to lower blood pressure.

Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat.
