Uses
Treatment of chronic hepatitis C infection caused by susceptible genotypes in adults and eligible children.
Do not use if
No major standalone contraindication, but contraindications of ribavirin apply when used together.
Side effects
Fatigue, headache, weakness, and occasionally serious bradycardia with certain interacting drugs.
Warnings
Screen for current or prior hepatitis B infection due to risk of HBV reactivation.
