Used for cholestatic liver diseases and dissolution of selected cholesterol gallstones.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in complete biliary obstruction and hypersensitivity to ursodeoxycholic acid.

Diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, and headache may occur.

Monitor liver function periodically during long-term treatment.

Hydrophilic bile acid that improves bile flow and reduces bile toxicity.

Store at room temperature.
