Used in adults with previously treated metastatic colorectal cancer and certain advanced gastric or gastroesophageal cancers.

Do not use if

No specific contraindications are listed, except hypersensitivity to the product.

Common adverse effects include neutropenia, anemia, thrombocytopenia, fatigue, nausea, diarrhea, and decreased appetite.

Monitor blood counts regularly due to risk of severe myelosuppression. May cause fetal harm.

Combines a nucleoside analog that interferes with cancer cell replication and an inhibitor that increases its exposure.

Store at room temperature in the original package.
