Uses

Used in the treatment of breast cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer, gastric cancer, and head and neck cancers.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in severe hypersensitivity to docetaxel or polysorbate 80 and in severe neutropenia.

Neutropenia, fatigue, alopecia, nausea, mucositis, fluid retention, and peripheral neuropathy may occur.

May cause severe myelosuppression, hypersensitivity reactions, hepatotoxicity, and fluid retention.

Taxane antineoplastic agent that stabilizes microtubules and inhibits cell division.

Store at 20–25°C and protect from light.
