Uses

Used for prevention and treatment of venous thromboembolism and deep vein thrombosis.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in active major bleeding and hypersensitivity to heparins.

Bleeding, injection-site reactions, anemia, and thrombocytopenia may occur.

Monitor for bleeding and use caution with spinal or epidural procedures.

A low molecular weight heparin that enhances antithrombin activity and inhibits factor Xa.

Store at room temperature according to product instructions.
