Uses

Used in the management of bone disorders such as osteoporosis and malignancy-related bone disease.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to clodronate or severe renal dysfunction.

May cause gastrointestinal disturbances, nausea, diarrhea, and rarely renal impairment.

Monitor renal function and calcium levels during treatment.

A bisphosphonate that inhibits osteoclast-mediated bone resorption.

Store at room temperature in a dry place.
