Used for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma, advanced renal cell carcinoma, and radioactive iodine-refractory differentiated thyroid carcinoma.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with severe hypersensitivity to sorafenib. Certain combinations are contraindicated in specific cancer settings.

Common adverse effects include hypertension, diarrhea, rash, hand-foot skin reaction, fatigue, and bleeding events.
