Uses
Combination mineral and vitamin supplement used to support bone health, immune function, and muscle function. Indicated for prevention and treatment of deficiencies in calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, and vitamin D3.
Do not use if
Contraindicated in hypercalcemia, hypermagnesemia, severe renal impairment, and hypervitaminosis D. Avoid in patients with known hypersensitivity to any component.
Side effects
May cause gastrointestinal disturbances including nausea, constipation, or diarrhea. High-dose magnesium can cause laxative effects. Excessive vitamin D may lead to hypercalcemia.

How it works
