Used for the treatment of moderate to severe Alzheimer's disease dementia.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to memantine or formulation components.

Headache, dizziness, diarrhea, constipation, and confusion may occur.

Conditions that increase urine pH may raise memantine blood levels and increase adverse effects.

NMDA receptor antagonist that modulates abnormal glutamate activity in the central nervous system.

Store at room temperature.
