Uses

Used in certain B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas and other CD20-positive disorders. May be used alone or with chemotherapy depending on the condition.

Do not use if

No specific absolute contraindications are listed, but hypersensitivity requires caution.

Infusion-related reactions, infections, fever, fatigue, and skin reactions may occur. Serious viral reactivation can occur.

Monitor for severe skin reactions, hepatitis B reactivation, progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy, and serious infections.

Monoclonal antibody targeting CD20 on B lymphocytes, leading to B-cell depletion.

Store refrigerated at 2–8°C and protect from light. Do not freeze.
