Uses
Treatment of pain associated with chronic anal fissure and symptomatic anorectal discomfort.
Do not use if
Hypersensitivity to nitrates, lidocaine, or any component. Concomitant use with phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors is contraindicated.
Side effects
Headache, dizziness, local burning, itching, or irritation may occur.
Warnings
May cause significant headache or dizziness. Avoid exceeding prescribed use.
How it works
Glyceryl trinitrate relaxes the internal anal sphincter and improves blood flow. Lidocaine provides local anesthesia.
Storage
Store below 25°C and keep tightly closed.
