Used for the treatment of hypertension when combination therapy is appropriate.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in hypersensitivity to ACE inhibitors, history of angioedema, severe renal impairment, and pregnancy.

May cause dizziness, cough, headache, hypotension, and electrolyte disturbances.

Monitor kidney function, potassium levels, and blood pressure regularly.

Combines an ACE inhibitor with a thiazide-like diuretic to reduce blood pressure through complementary mechanisms.

Store at room temperature in the original package.
