Used to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus and may support weight reduction.

Do not use if

Personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma, MEN2 syndrome, or hypersensitivity to the drug.

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, decreased appetite, and abdominal discomfort are common.

Monitor for pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, dehydration, and severe gastrointestinal effects.

Dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist that enhances glucose-dependent insulin secretion and reduces appetite.

Store refrigerated at 2–8°C. Do not freeze.
