Used in combination chemotherapy regimens for stage III colon cancer and advanced colorectal cancer.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to oxaliplatin or other platinum compounds.

Peripheral neuropathy, nausea, vomiting, myelosuppression, diarrhea, and fatigue may occur.

May cause severe hypersensitivity reactions, neurotoxicity, and bone marrow suppression.

Platinum-based antineoplastic agent that forms DNA cross-links and inhibits cancer cell replication.

Store according to manufacturer instructions and protect from excessive heat.
