Uses

Antineoplastic agent used in breast cancer, lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, and other malignancies.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in severe hypersensitivity and in patients with markedly low neutrophil counts.

Neutropenia, neuropathy, alopecia, fatigue, nausea, and myalgia are common.

Severe neutropenia and infection risk require close monitoring during treatment.

Microtubule inhibitor that stabilizes microtubules and prevents normal cell division.

Store at 20–25°C in the original carton and protect from bright light.
