Uses

Used for treatment of gastrointestinal infections caused by susceptible intestinal worms including roundworm and whipworm.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to mebendazole or formulation ingredients.

May cause abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, flatulence, and rash.

Rare hematologic toxicity may occur with prolonged high-dose therapy. Convulsions have been reported in very young infants.

Mebendazole is a benzimidazole anthelmintic that inhibits microtubule formation in parasites.

Store below 30°C and keep container tightly closed.
