Used in the management of acid-related disorders and as part of Helicobacter pylori eradication regimens.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in hypersensitivity to vonoprazan and with certain interacting medications such as rilpivirine.

Diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, nausea, headache, and hypersensitivity reactions may occur.

Monitor for hypersensitivity reactions, gastrointestinal infections, and renal adverse effects.

Potassium-competitive acid blocker that suppresses gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the proton pump.

Store at 20–25°C and protect from light.
