Uses
Used for treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women at high risk of fracture.
Do not use if
Hypocalcemia or hypersensitivity to romosozumab.
Side effects
Joint pain, hypersensitivity, hypocalcemia, osteonecrosis of the jaw, and cardiovascular events may occur.
Warnings
May increase risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, and cardiovascular death.
How it works
